I was surprised when I moved in. So I installed a product that blocks those things, and after using it for a month, the sewer smell completely disappeared, so I'm sharing it. 1. Sink overflow plug If you look in the middle of the sink, there's a round hole. They say that sewer smell and bugs come through there. So I removed the silver finish that was already there and blocked the hole with a silicone plug. I bought it on Coupang for 5,000 won. 2. Bathroom drain trap The biggest cause of sewer smell is old pipes! The smell from the directly connected bathroom drain was so bad that I blocked it with a drain trap. I replaced the trap twice. The first one was plastic, but it didn't completely block the smell and kept coming back, so I threw it away. The second one is a fixed item! I like the silicone product because it completely blocks the smell. Therefore, I recommend a silicone trap over a pretty plastic product. 3. Sink filter I think it's because it's old, but there was a lot of lime in the water. And the water in my house splashed a lot, so my clothes got wet. I installed a filter. The one I installed is a 5-layer filter, so I bought it because it's good for washing. When I tried to tag it, there was no product, so I tagged it with a similar 2-layer filter product.
