#구축사용설명서 We remodeled our home, which is over 20 years old, when we moved in :) I’ve gathered the major highlights from our renovation and brought them here! ❤️ 💡 Expanding the Living Room Veranda - Typical of an old apartment, the veranda was incredibly spacious. We decided to combine the space to make the dining area and living room one. 💡 Changing the Refrigerator Location - The refrigerator was originally located in the kitchen veranda. I thought I would really hate going out when it was cold, so I boldly gave up the refrigerator space where the dining table will be. - Connected to the living room expansion. 💡 Decorating the Bathroom to My Taste - Since it's a small space anyway, let's decorate it to my liking. Adding a color to the accent tiles. 💡 If it's an old building, expand the step of the washing tower! - Modern washing machines are bigger than they used to be. So, the threshold wasn't enough, and the drain was blocked too. - Don't just lay bricks and place the washing machine on top; do the construction that way. 💡 Use the living room veranda only within the living room. - Since there is an entrance in the living room anyway, is it really necessary to extend it all the way to the master bedroom? To enhance the coziness of the bedroom, we boldly discarded the veranda window that allowed entry and replaced it with a half-window. Although it is a 20-year-old building, it is being renewed every day thanks to our touch.
