**shelfie** Lol… My parents don’t like the altered vintage woman portrait because it bothers them that her eyes have a painted brushstroke over them. They mention it almost everytime they are over and have a glance at the artwork. I did not do that but i appreciate the artistic expression of the current day artist who altered the original antique portrait.

A Closer Look At Some Of My Decorations… Among the items are: two vases that are side by side on my home office bookcase. (purchased at Target)/ a vintage Philco brand clock radio from the 1960s/ an altered antique portrait artprint/ a green Mid-Century Modern style vase with yellow Billy Ball flowers/ a Roman Woman bust/ iron llama tabletop figures and a female torso. Do I have a favorite type of decoration? No. I don’t think so. It’s nice to mix vintage, contemporary and antique decor together. I’m not sure that I have anything that is truly antique but some pieces might look like they are.
