A little while ago, I welcomed Shiro Kuramata's masterpiece Obake-Q, the "K-Series Mini," into my home 👻
Last summer, I went to Shiro Kuramata's design exhibition, and when I saw the real Obake-Q, I was fascinated by its strange shape and the way it shines, but when I saw the price and size, I gave up, and even when I looked at the second-hand ones, there were many broken ones, so I added it to my wish list, but I thought it would be difficult to get it.
Yamagiwa reissued it in limited quantities to commemorate the reopening of their online store, so I immediately bought it 😂
The original size of the "K-series" this time is said to be the same size as the handkerchief that the artist is holding in the photo from that time, reproduced with the same technology and manufacturing method as the original!
It is compact at W200mm x H190mm, and since it is cordless and rechargeable, you can move it around and enjoy it in various places!
