In 2020, we surveyed dozens of housing complexes to find a suitable house for us to live in. In the end, one housing complex was selected, purely based on location considerations (closeness to public transportation, proximity to children's schools, and proximity to shopping centers), land and building area, and groundwater quality. Coincidentally, the exterior of the housing carries a Scandinavian style, in the end we followed this style down to the interior design aspect.
