The facade style of our residence is a minimalist facade with a scandi industrial style. Dominated by white & gray with a touch of wood color to make the atmosphere warmer. We chose this facade style because it is simple, minimalist, simple to suit the owner's account which is also simple & minimalist. The material we use for the walls is full red brick, for roof tiles we use flat concrete, rosters also use concrete, hats are also cast concrete so that they are sturdy when hit by reality. Progress make over & styling the kitchen from time to time. Honestly, I didn't change many things in the kitchen. I didn't buy many decoration details either. I only added wpc panels & upgraded the furniture. The rest I added a little styling by using some tableware for special events at home. This house started from a plot of land that we built from scratch. The search period for this plot of land took more than 1 year. Initially, we insisted on becoming residents of Sleman, but the budget said otherwise. Dozens of surveys always found locations that did not match our criteria. Even if there were any, the price would definitely be sky-high. Until one day my mother found an advertisement for this plot of land on the internet. The price was right, the environment was good in a residential area. In Jogja, it is called "mangku aspal" which is quite strategically located opposite the village treasury land. There is no need to worry that this land will suddenly turn into a goat pen or a trash can. The downside is that the location is not in Sleman but in Banguntapan. Finally, after going through several considerations, especially regarding the crazy increase in property prices, we decided to buy this land in 2019. Casadelamoy's dream kitchen uses materials dominated by monochrome colors. For the top table, we use marble motif granite material to give an elegant impression, for the cabinet we use white HPL. For the sink area, we use a backsplash of randomly designed Keramix hexagon mosaic tiles to give a unique impression. In harmony with the walls, we use a black sink.
