#LiveSlowly
In my opinion, one of many key things that can help me to #liveslowly is by living more organized.
Now I no longer buy things impulsively, but I rather to stop and think if I really need to buy a particular product. I will ask myself if this item will help me increase my productivity and efficiency. If it looks aesthetic, then it’s a bonus (not the main thing I want to achieve here).
For example, recently I got myself a new set of acrylic boxes. This doesn’t cost much but it changed things significantly. It helps me to find things easily.
Another example is, I changed my dish drainer with a new one, not because I wanted my kitchen to look aesthetic; mainly because the old one served a different function. It was supposed to be for a single drainer sink (not like mine).
Indeed it does spark joy when things are more organized and serve the function they are designed for.
