What kind of furniture is customized? If possible, all of them 😇 Because custom products adapt to our needs and body size. But because the budget is limited, what must be customized is of course the kitchen!
My husband's height is 184cm, while I (who will soon be the shortest in the family) is only 160cm. It turns out that the calculation requires an island height of 85cm. So that washing dishes, cutting fruit and food preparation doesn't hurt 😄
I was thinking about making it 90cm so that the dishwasher could be large. But, long-term comfort seems non-negotiable. So, 85cm it is!
And because of the height of the island, the bar stool also had to be customized. 20cm from the table surface. 85cm - 20 cm = 65cm! When it first arrived, the stool was 70cm. Wow, stuck! 😅 Luckily it's custom, so you just have to cut it, so it's according to your needs..
