Valgeš©·'s house was built with the help of an architect.
Before building a house, we looked for an architect with a price consideration that fit our budget and their portfolio in house design.
Finally after 2 months we found the right one.
At that time we only paid around 5 millionāļø for design, working drawings until RAB.
Our consideration for using an architect is because we don't really understand buildings, we want to have an ideal and functional house. And the most important thing is that the clean water, dirty water and electricity routes can be ergonomic. š
We were assisted by ikigaiarsitama in designing the valge house
We express our desire to
1. American look and all white facade
2. The concept of an open space house
3. There is a garden in the house
4. Lots of window openings
5. 3 bedrooms
Using the references above, a facade design and house plan are then created.
After acc, continue with working drawings then RAB
Actually, Ikigaiarsitama also has a house building service, but because the price wasn't right, we ended up using a building service from another contractor.
So there is an adjustment from the design drawing to the actual building.
