The developer's house feels like an architect 🤔🤔, that's how we liken it to lemonade.haus. We changed the house built by this developer, both the floor plan and foundation structure to suit the owner's needs and desires. One of the parts we changed was the utility room or blowing vent, as Mama Lemon calls it. This is a form of change in the development of the developer's house which utilizes the built-in high attic of the developer's house. 🙄 This idea emerged when looking at the height of the house to the roof, which reaches approximately 8 meters. Mama Lemon and Grandmother Lemon, who is also an architect, then had the idea to use the space under the roof/attic as a place to store water installations rather than having to build a new structure to store water reservoirs. 💦💦 Implementing this utility hole requires changing the practical column structure in the bathroom to a 2-story column structure capable of supporting the weight of 2 water towers or the equivalent of 1600 L / 1.6 tons. This utility hole will be able to keep the water reservoir from being exposed to heat and rain so that it will last longer. 🤩🤩 Apart from being a utility room, the hot weather in the tropics made Mama and Grandpa Lemon leave the hole open and cover this part of the hole with a roof which aims to act as cross ventilation to release hot air into the attic. In this way, the hot air trapped on the roof will be released and make the air inside the lemonade.haus feel cooler.🥶🥶 #rumahwithoutarchitect #selfrenovation #DIY #rumahdeveloper #japandi #tropical
