Color Schemes for Boys' Rooms. The color scheme for the boy's room is black, white, cream, brown, blue. I applied black paint to one side of the wall, a combination of wash paint, the remaining white ceiling paint was my own creation, not wall paper. The other side of the wall and the white ceiling were just different gradations. The room decorations, such as iron shelves, wall decor and wooden mirrors, were white for a contrasting and clean impression. The woven basket for the toys is a natural brown with a combination of blue. Victorian Living Room. The decoration of the formal living room in the entrance area is in a modern classic Victorian era style. A minimally carved teak console table with a vintage vase and artificial plant combined with a minimalist table lamp is the first point of view when entering the living room. Next, a set of Victorian teak guest chairs combined with a black glass table. Warm white Edison hanging lamps give a modern minimalist impression.
