How did I finally choose my house? Hi, I'm Dennis, the owner of Livingwithnas, I want to tell you a little about my journey in choosing my house. This house is an old building, why did I finally choose a "second" house? Because this house still has a building structure that I think is still pretty good, besides that, of course, it still fits our budget at that time 😄 Because I only wanted a house with 1 floor, so we decided to look for a house with a land area that was sufficient for 3 family members. At that time, we only needed to renovate part of the land according to our daily needs. The facade at Livingwithnas is still the same as the previous house. We replaced the windows & doors with aluminum windows & steel doors and added outdoor lighting to make it look more attractive. For the fence we use GRC board which is cut 80x20 and mounted on light steel. #FacadeStyle #IdeFasad #InspirasiFasad

•Changing the facade of an old house to be more "fresh"• The facade of our house is still the same as the previous old house, only we renovated some parts such as using decking for the garden area and using andesite stones in 2 different sizes as a boundary for the garden area and carport area. The definition of an ideal home in our opinion is not only good and livable, but all family members must be comfortable, including children. And the function of each room meets the needs of our family. The lessons we learned while living in the previous house became our reference during the home renovation process. The facade style of our house is a minimalist facade that matches the style of our house. In the front yard, we combine 10x10 andesite stone with conwood that we paint in dark brown and has a texture similar to wood.
