It’s that time of year when we start to spend more time at home 🏠 I’m sure we all learned to have fun and rest indoors more in the past few years after COVID and created a better home setting for ourselves! For me to achieve a true break and unwind mentally, I need 3 things: a clean environment, exercise, and good food! I can’t focus or rest if my surroundings are dirty or messy, and I need to make sure I move my body before a true break! What’s your secret to find peace of mind? :) #blackandwhite #dyson
