My husband and I chose this style of facade because my husband likes industrial themes and I like those with modern and minimalist accents.
The materials were chosen to give an industrial style look, from choosing neutral paint colors such as gray, plus exposed wall accents on the balcony. The black fence and use of perforated iron strengthens its industrial impression. For modern accents, it is highlighted with large glass and water lines on the walls, creating a contemporary and modern impression.
Tips from me, for those who are or will be building a house. First decide what style you like, and don't forget to consider and think about the maintenance, whether you can afford or afford the choice of style and maintenance costs for your home. Adjust it to your budget, so you don't have trouble in the future.
