I used to store oils that I use often in a drawer under the sink, but it was a hassle to bend down every time I cooked, so I thought it would be better to put it next to the stove.
But if I leave it there, it gets sticky and the packaging is noisy and makes it look like a home, and it's also a hassle to refill it (it's better to be able to see the expiration date, and it's also a hassle to wash it every time you change the brand or type)... so I introduced this rack.
