Inspired by one of the homedecor accounts, Mba Rimara chose to renovate her bathroom using 5cm checkered ceramic tiles from Uno and dark grey terrazzo granite from Infiniti. This bathroom measures 1.6 x 2 meters. This bathroom can be said to be modern traditional, the design is modern minimalist but the traditional still uses a squat toilet 😁 (Because Mba Rimara's husband doesn't like sitting toilets) This bathroom is divided into 2 with a 90cm high divider, to separate the bathing & toilet areas. Realizing a Dream Kitchen that is durable & long-lasting 🫶🏻 Honestly, when making this kitchen, Mba Rimara 100% handed it over to the vendor, coincidentally the vendor is Mba Rimara's uncle. So just trust him. So, the kitchen in the house. Rimara is made with an L-shaped appearance with dimensions of P: 2.4m W: 3m. This is a clean kitchen & dirty kitchen, so there is only 1 kitchen in this house. Built by casting cement so that the structure is stronger & more durable. * Top Table: White Marble Granite Tile (So sorry Mba Rimara forgot the brand name & product code) 🙏🏻 soon Mba Rimara has time to check the shop Installed using the adu manis method, so that the front side of the top table looks neat as if without joints. * Backsplash: Roman Granite D'Metro White size 60x30cm Installed horizontally according to the motif. * Upper & lower cabinets: Multiplex Board & coated with HPL Sheets from Taco (code: Treco Wood TH 131 AA) The wood grain motif is installed horizontally. * Kitchen floor: Granite tile 60x60 with cream marble motif (again, Mba Rimara forgot the brand name & code 😅) This is roughly the dream kitchen version of Mba Rimara's family, simple but enough for us. It has been used for more than 2 years, it is still durable until now, but there are still parts that need maintenance. Last but not least, if anyone is distracted by the unfinished wall, it is the remnants of the renovation of moving the bathroom door, because the renovation time was tight at that time so it was not possible to paint it. So we decided to choose interior paint that, after being applied, was a creamy but soft color, combined with a bluish color on the doors, granite tiles in the same color, and wooden furniture. Before the renovation, the cooking space in the kitchen was only 1 glass & aluminum stove cabinet, the door was covered with wallpaper stickers so that the contents were not visible 😁 Alhamdulillah, a few years later, during the renovation of our house, we were able to build our dream kitchen at home.rimara with a white and wood theme in an L shape. The table top is made of cement cast covered with 60x60cm white granite tiles with a marble motif and with a 20x60cm white textured granite tile backsplash. One and only bathroom in the house.rimara 🛁 with a size of 2m x 1.6m, this bathroom is enough for me and my husband. Actually, previously this bathroom was cream-colored starting from the floor and wall tiles. Then we renovated this bathroom again in March 2024. Because we wanted to have a different atmosphere from other rooms that were predominantly white, cream, and wood. In this bathroom we used matt textured terrazzo-patterned floor granite with a dark gray color and 5cm checkered wall tiles in white with gray lines. (Slide 4 for a closer look) With white & gray nuances, we wanted to feel a different room, without any wood elements in it. Now it feels fresher & we really like it. Tips❗️ ✅ We use a built-in shower head, so that it is easier to maintain cleanliness, and the look looks neater and more minimalist. ✅ Floor granite with a matt texture is suitable for use in bathrooms, easy to clean & not slippery when exposed to water. Here we still use a squat toilet, so to cover it we apply an 80cm high dividing wall, to give a neater & minimalist impression. The bathroom transformation in Rimara's house took place almost 3 years after it was first built. Mba Rima replaced the floor and walls of the bathroom entirely with new granite. The old granite wall was textured, it took a lot of effort to clean it and couldn't stick things that used suction to the wall. The door position was also moved to the laundry area, which was previously next to the kitchen set. The dining room in the house.rimara is arranged as simply as possible so that the look looks neat & clean. Do not place many items or decorations on the dining table. We chose a dining table set with natural wood & white colors, because it gives a warm & natural impression. The material is solid wood so that it lasts for a long time, then it is resistant to water, and humid air. But most importantly it is resistant to stains, especially food stains. Although made of solid wood, the chairs are comfortable enough to sit on. If you have children at home, you can add a seat cushion to make it more comfortable when eating at the dining table. Even though my husband and I live in Rumah.rimara, we still pay attention to every use of materials, furniture selection, and the right position for electrical outlets and other things for the safety of children who come to our house such as nephews and guests. Among them, we chose a sofa with soft and plush material, a circular table, partitions made of WPC and anti-slip rugs and mats. Especially for electrical outlets and light switches, we placed them above, about 1 meter higher than the floor, so that they are not easily reached by children. Almost all the rooms in Rimara's house are themed white and wood because that's the style from the beginning. I don't know why lately, Rimara really likes the colorful mid-century style.
