Actually, this is a 2-story shophouse, the 2nd floor of which was just completed 1 year ago. Similar to shophouses in general, the 1st floor is used for business and the 2nd floor is for residence. We chose Calathea because of its unique leaves and elegant contrasting colors, while Ketapang Kencana was chosen because of its graceful shape.
