Introducing the facade of my house @_rumahantik which is still under renovation hehe it's not completely finished but some spots that will be finished later are starting to appear, for the size of my house, it is in a building area of 50 square meters, with a land area of 72 square meters, this house is a subsidized house that I renovated, expanded and made with an open space concept ✨ My house carries a minimalist simple theme, after the renovation I made a different entrance from before, the entrance is adjacent to a sliding door that I customized measuring 2m x 2m, the goal is to let in a lot of light and so that air circulation is much greater too For the roof I use a spandek roof, because I have a lot of pets and I put their cages outside/on the terrace and don't want them to get too hot, finally I added aluminum foil under the spandek roof, so that it can reduce the heat during the day, this also really helps me who is often active during the day, it doesn't feel hot at all after installing this aluminum foil, thank God Now for the tiles themselves, I chose the patterned ones also rough textured on the front porch of the entrance so that it looks beautiful and also not slippery every time it is cleaned, and for the tiles next to the sliding door I use black tiles because there I will decorate it like a terrace mixed with a mini garden hehe while I put the shoe rack first accompanied by rubber plants so that it gives a beautiful impression, after the renovation is finished I will share it again 😍 For the appearance of the facade this time, that's enough, pray that the renovation goes smoothly, later I will share the before and after, hopefully you will be willing to stop by, Ohouse neighbors 🥹✨ #facade #facadestyle #materialfasad #inspirasifasad #Rumah #rumahantik #rumahdengankucing #rumahku #home #homesweethome #masyaAllah

This time I want to share how I found and occupied my house ☺️ Well, initially after getting married I really wanted to be able to build a house from scratch because I already had land given by my parents and it was quite a lot of savings, there was already a few years of work, but qodarullah beside the road to the land we wanted to build, it turned out that there was a new subsidized housing complex that was being built and there were still several houses, I thought at that time to take 1 unit in the housing complex. After 3 months of waiting for the house to be built, we immediately used our savings to renovate a little, it took almost 4 years to make this small subsidized house into my and my husband's dream house, which thank God is more than enough for us to live in Furniture etc. are still being paid in installments, initially there were 2 rooms in this house but we broke it down to expand it into a house with an open space concept, from the terrace the wall was broken through to the kitchen, this made this subsidized house spacious and there were more openings for light to enter and lots of air circulation too. When deciding on this facade, what came to mind was simple minimalist but wanted a little industrial touch. So the model was chosen as simple as possible with a combination of white & grey. The thing that made us want to have this facade was the simple and square shape. Because the possibility of changing the facade in the future is very small, it is made in a shape that will not be affected by time. There are not many additional materials apart from general building materials. However, for the paint itself, use lagoon white & intense gunmetal exterior paint from Dulux. Tips for beautifying the facade include adding green gardens to give a cool & fresh impression.
