7pm facade • cluster house
One of the reasons I chose this cluster was the closed gutter. Closed road ditches are safer for children, no more drama of children falling into ditches while practicing bicycles. Hygiene is also better maintained, there is no smell and there are minimal insects. The environment looks neater and more comfortable.
However, the facade of a cluster house usually has the standard appearance of the developer. For those with a limited budget like me, this is not a problem at all, cleanliness and comfort are priorities.
