Living in a small residence means we have to be smarter in maximizing the limited area to make it more functional and add to the aesthetics of the house.

For example, in my house there is a little space between the two bedrooms and in front of the bathroom which is used as a storage area for shoes and their accessories.

For the furniture, I chose a cupboard that wasn't too high so it didn't look cramped, plus a shelf on top with a woven basket for storing socks, shoelaces, etc.

So that I don't get bored, I usually change the decorations/displays on the cupboard š¤
