It's been a while since I last posted, but the state of my house has changed in that time.
I hope to write about my life here little by little again.
This week, I'm going to try to make posts that let people know about me, something I haven't been able to do before.
Today, I'd like to talk about why I'm posting.
Ever since I started living alone 10 years ago, I've always loved spending time at home, where I can freely enjoy my hobbies.
However, the COVID-19 pandemic led to me working from home, and the line between work and private time became blurred.
I gradually began to find spending time at home painful, and felt like I had to keep working hard.
When I went through a period of restlessness, I tried to relieve it by reading self-help books, doing muscle training, meditating, etc.
I tried all sorts of things, but they only helped temporarily.
The thing I started doing at that time that I felt was most effective was "tidying up my house."
As I gradually transformed the space with my favorite furniture, the sense of urgency that I had to work hard gradually eased,
and I was able to return to a life where I could enjoy my hobbies, and I began to think that I like "spending time at home."
Because of this experience,
I want to continue to cherish the "time at home" I spend both work and my personal life,
and I would be happy if my future messages can brighten the mood of those who feel the same way and are tired of "spending time at home."
