✨ Small Changes, Big Impact ✨ The kitchen that used to only have 2 shelves then changed drastically even though they only installed the upper kitchen cabinet, installed a built-in stove, and changed the curtains under the kitchen. It feels more beautiful and elegant even though this is a low-budget renovation. For a kitchen renovation like this, the only thing that is a bit expensive is the built-in stove, and I have surveyed it with the cheapest price in its class. The upper kitchen cabinet is only 700 thousand, the curtains under the kitchen are also chosen at a low price even though the material is waterproof. With a capital of less than 5 million, it turns out that a kitchen that used to look a bit messy can be tidier and more beautiful ✨ #MinimalistKitchenSet #MinimalistHousePaint #HousePaintColor #Paint #Artificialplants #HangingLamps #AestheticLamps #Backsplash #KitchenUnderCurtains #LowBudgetRenovation #SmallChangesBigImpact #RenovationInspiration

🔆 I thought it was just aesthetic, but it turns out…. 🔆 ….it turns out to be really useful! Yes, previously I thought these items were just aesthetic, why are people willing to spend more budget to buy these items, but it turns out they also function to make our lives easier! 1. Built-in stove. I use the Rinnai brand with 3 burners, this really helps when I'm making supplies and breakfast every morning, all the burners are used, so it's more unified and saves time. In my opinion, cleaning a built-in stove is also easier than a regular stove, you don't have to clean the bottom because it's tight and the oil doesn't flow down. 2. Standing mirror. At first I thought it really only made the room aesthetic, but it turns out it can be used for outfit check before going out, it can also make the room look more spacious because of the reflection, and can be used for mirror selfies, lol 😂 3. Synthetic grass. I used to think why buy fake grass which is quite pricey, we can just plant live grass, but it turns out it's not that easy 🫠🫠🫠 Live grass is quite difficult to maintain in areas with less sunlight like in my house, so this synthetic grass really helps me realize my dream of being able to play on grass, even though it's fake grass 🤣 4. Spice rack. "Why are people so diligent in putting spices in the same place and lining them up neatly on the shelves? It's so complicated!", I used to think like this, but it turns out I was wrong 🤣🤣🤣 After starting to arrange spices in matching places and using hanging shelves on the wall, it turns out it makes the kitchen tidier and more orderly when taking spices while cooking. Even though we have to spend more budget for these items, I think they are really worth buying 🩵 #MinimalistHome #UsefulThings #Aesthetic #GardenComport #StandingMirror #SyntheticGrass #SpiceRack #Kitchen #LivingRoom #Backyard

🎀 Low Budget Materials 🎀 Having only a minimal budget but dreaming of having a beautiful, aesthetic, but also functional house, makes me so detailed in calculating the price of the materials that I will use. After looking for references and also looking for replacement items with a lower budget, finally this is what the living room in my house looks like. My under-stairs storage cabinet was customized at a carpenter on the side of the road near my house, I chose Dutch teak wood which is quite strong but the price is below other materials, then coated it with HPL because duco paint is quite expensive, I also bought the handle myself on e-commerce so that it suits my wishes and the price is affordable, don't forget to give a touch of motion sensor lights underneath to make it more luxurious even though the price is cheap 😌 I deliberately made this storage cabinet not full, so that I could make a bench to sit and relax instead of a sofa, because my living room is quite spacious. I bought the foam, cover, and pillows myself, to save money compared to having to order them from a furniture store, ehehehe 😅 For the first floor of my house, I chose to use glossy granite from the beginning of construction and have not replaced it with vinyl, spc, or the like that are currently hyped, because I think it's not urgent and the budget has not been prepared, if I get bored I just change the carpet to change the atmosphere, and the carpet in this living room is also very cheap 💸 Instead of using wooden wall molding, I prefer to use gypsum list to reduce the budget, also using fairly affordable wall paint. For the door, I use meranti wood material, because if it were teak wood, it would definitely be very expensive 🥹 I am also still sticking with this 4-year-old sofa bed, because it still feels sufficient and I don't have the budget to buy a more proper sofa, psssttt the price is only 1 million, you know 🤩 Even for the table in the living room, I bought the materials myself. The table top uses 120x60cm granite which is then cut into 100cm and the legs use painted hollow iron. The total price is cheaper than buying a similar table that is ready-made. Actually, almost all the materials and decorations in my house are low budget, because the concept of this house is like that; beautiful but low budget. I want to influence my friends not to be afraid of having a beautiful house, a beautiful house is not always expensive, as long as we are smart in choosing items, are willing to bother looking for substitute items, and are willing to learn to mix and match so that it is pleasing to the eye. Let's upgrade the atmosphere of the house together to be more comfortable and beautiful 🩵 #LivingRoom #MinimalistLivingRoom #Custom Cabinet #Bench #Sofabed #WallMoulding #Glossy Granite #WallPaint #LivingRoomTable #CoffeeTable #RenovationMaterial #CheapMaterial #AffordableRenovation
