After agreeing, the @zenhouse.id family can start looking for image references that can represent it. Yesterday, my mother and father searched on Pinterest. It can be mapped starting from the facade, carport, kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, etc. In the past, my mother and father made a kind of home guideline that contained a collection of desired design references. Both in terms of shape, color, and material. You can check on slide 2 and back. Because the more detailed our wishes are, the architect can better imagine what the drawing should look like. Then before dealing with the facade concept like now, we were given 2 choices, predominantly white and using roster. More complicated and with many curved areas. But this option takes longer than the facade we choose now. At @zenhouse.id, the foyer is the main attraction of our house. The first impression you get when you enter the house is homey and warm. Hello @zenhouse.id family😍 This time we want to share about our house fence. Btw, these photo slides were taken at different times. The photo on slide 1 was taken around 05.00 — after dawn when the light was not that bright and was still transitioning from dark to light. Slides 2 & 3 were taken yesterday morning at 08.00 where it turned out that the sunlight was reflecting off the garage canopy. Slide 4, a souvenir from Mas WicakMifta's visit & the position of the open gate shows how our gate works🥰 Well, to be honest, our gate didn't originally look like this. It was more like a sheet of iron arranged tightly and at a distance. Then because from the beginning, my parents felt that this could still be explored, finally Mas Hendro helped us find this suitable alternative design. Previously, our fence was made of sheets of iron arranged & in terms of timeline, the work process was faster, so we also preferred to have a little added cost with the adjustment of this fence shape. Now, our fence has a process of being cut, sort of braided, then curved. This form of fence does require extra time. Of course there is a curved accent because @zenhouse.id is geometrically dominated by many curves. Then the direction of our gate opening is outward because of limited space and this is one way to anticipate so that when opening the car door it doesn't hit the fence hehi🫢😂 So if you already have a desire for a fence like what, MinZen's suggestion is to discuss it directly with the architect. How Did We Find @zenhouse.id? The story is, Papaky is the fourth of four siblings. Well, 2 of his 3 older siblings live near our house, so Papaky looked for land near here too. Back then, @zenhouse.id was actually land, then construction started from 0. When we talked about this, we had the opportunity to look back at how the construction process took place. There are so many memories. Hehe From visiting the site every week to check the progress, taking weekly progress photos, stopping by this and that building store to check the materials, until finally now it's really finished and occupied. The struggle makes us always feel grateful for having reached this point. Can go home alone🖤🖤🖤 Btw @zenhouse.id this land is still affordable because for a size of 96m2, the price is under Rp300,000,000 then we build 66m2 also under Rp500,000,000 so God willing it is still within our capabilities. Finding the right land or house is like finding a soul mate. Many considerations, but it is worth fighting for. [Before After Ala Zenhouse] When our house @zenhouse.id was finished, the interior was not yet fully finished. That's why we call @zenhouse.id a growing house. Starting from the foyer area, the first photo was taken in the first week we occupied it, June 2024. We took the second photo 2 weeks ago. It has started to be filled with shoe racks & benches that can be used to put on and take off shoes. Then the most fun thing, when we went to Informa, we found a mirror that was the same color tone as the house. Happyyyy😍😍😍 Continuing the third photo, the mirror in the bathroom could initially be lit but 24/7. So to save money, we replaced the mirror with an LED touch screen🥰 in terms of shape, it's different, you can check it on slide 4, @zenhouse.id family. Then we also rearranged the main room, which was originally still without glass and simple, so there were additional wooden accents and a full-body mirror. The presence of this mirror makes the room look more spacious😍 Then for the front area of the closet, which was originally a plain wall, we allocated it as a storage place for Ghaizan and his toy box. This is one of our ways to make Ghaizan feel "belongs to this house" because there is a separate section for his things🤗🫶🏻 Next, God willing, we will start focusing on the innercourt area, family room, laundry area, and mini garden near the carport. Carport @zenhouse.id was not originally designed like this, but to save time for construction, the design was finally made simpler. It's beautiful, right? Still with white nuances and polished cement finishing to match the tone of the house. There are also brushed stones as decoration on the bridge between the house and the road.
