Tema fasad rumah ini yaitu modern minimalis, karena bawaan developer jadi kami mempunyai fasad yang sama untuk semua cluster. Yang saya sukai dari fasad ini selain modelnya, juga fasad ini mempunyai atap bitumen yang tahan cuaca, terlihat rapih dan modern.

Karena rumah ini rumah developer jadi fasad rumah sama dengan tetangga lainnya. Saya ambil rumah ini karena tembok rumah dengan tetangga sebelah tidak menempel dan karena di hoek jadi sedikit lebih luas untuk area samping. Atap rumah menggunakan bitumen yang dapat mengurangi panas sinar matahari dan memberi kesan lebih rapih.
