Last week, I was shocked by the InBody results at the gym, so I decided that I really have to go on a diet this time :( The optimal muscle mass and body fat percentage for adult women came out opposite? Kekekekeke (I have the muscle strength of a newborn baby and a bunch of fat,,) It's seriously shocking,,,😱 I can't do it intensely by receiving personal training and controlling my diet, but I'm going to use this opportunity to eat as lightly as possible and develop the habit of exercising every day!
