I'm a solo resident of two months, striving for a balance between practicality and coziness! I'm still in the process of decorating by collecting this and that :) I removed the small balcony light by the window and installed a yellow light to use instead of the main light. I really like the cozy atmosphere it gives off! Just having that and the table lamp on creates a nice ambiance, so I only keep that on in the afternoons :)

This is a living room I wanted to be a comfortable space. It wasn't easy finding a sofa that wouldn't sag when sitting or lying down for a moment. Plus, since I have a dog, I needed a waterproof sofa. I added an accent to the modern sofa by placing ethnic-patterned cushions on top.

• Lighting at Himfari's House • Hello O!House friends, in the living room adjacent to the working room, apart from the large hanging lamp located in the middle of the room and 4 task lighting lamps in each corner, I also used indirect lighting in the form of yellow stripe lights on the drop ceiling to create a relaxing mood. I usually turn this light on at night after the kids are asleep and I want to enjoy a quiet night. The two hanging lights on the right side are task lighting for reading/studying/working with a laptop (these lights enter the working room area). In the working room I also provide space for indirect lighting as a decoration. I bought this Beauty and The Beast rose decorative lamp when the film was released in cinemas 😄 Even though it is small, this lamp can also beautify a room. • RFL House • This time I want to show several rooms in my house, so that I can give you a little idea about RFL House as a whole. Our main reason for designing this house is, we want an ideal house for us, namely a house that is simple and comfortable. The definition of a comfortable house for us is a cool house with good air circulation & quality, so you can see there are lots of openings in this RFL House. After living in this house too, we changed one of the rooms in our house, which was previously our second child's room, but now we function it as a hobby room & home office. The living room is where I spend the most time when I wake up in the morning. I like to rearrange the furniture, so I think I change the furniture positions in the living room about once a month. I wanted to create a comfortable and warm feeling while staying in the space with wood, cute plants, and my favorite props.

The large French door, which also provides access to the private backyard, is one of the points of interest in this room. In this theme, I want to discuss my favorite corner in the M&A house. But.. there is 1 item that I highlight that makes all corners my favorite, because of its practical, minimalist and movable function.. namely, a small orange table from Ikea that is very useful for various activities. Because my husband sometimes likes to do office work at home, and I am studying for my Masters + my first child is still in elementary school, this table is very functional for us to use alternately in any corner of the house.
