The first scallop dish is spinach scallop pasta! The combination of soft scallops full of the flavor of butter, moist spinach, and salty oil pasta... It looks good and tastes good. 🤤 [Ingredients] (for 1 serving) 100g scallops, a handful of spinach, spaghetti, 3 cloves of garlic, olive oil, butter, salt, lemon juice, crab white soy sauce [Grilling scallops] 1. Thoroughly remove moisture from the thawed scallops with a paper towel. 2. Make a grid pattern on one side of the scallops. 3. Remove moisture once more. (Important) 4. Lightly season with salt. 5. Coat the pan with olive oil, and when the pan is hot, grill the scallops starting from the cuts. 6. When both sides of the scallops are golden brown, turn off the heat and add 1T of butter and let it soak into the front and back of the scallops. (Cook for about 30 seconds with residual heat) 7. Remove the scallops and keep the pan in which the scallops were grilled! [Pasta] 1. Add water and 1t of salt to a pot, and when the water boils, add spaghetti noodles and boil for 8 minutes. (Only drain the noodles and do not discard the water!) 2. Slice the garlic. 3. Remove the roots of the spinach, wash it, and blanch it in boiling water for about 20 seconds. 4. Coat the pan in which the scallops were grilled with olive oil and stir-fry the sliced garlic. 5. When the garlic is golden brown, add the boiled spaghetti noodles, blanched spinach, 1T of crab white soy sauce, 1T of lemon juice, and 3T of noodle water and stir-fry for about 1 minute. (If you want a more moist pasta, add noodle water.) 6. Add the grilled scallops and stir-fry for 1 more minute and you're done! ✅The scallops keep releasing moisture! If you cut it, it will come out again, so please remove it thoroughly. ✅Spinach must be boiled and eaten. Even if it's annoying, boil it in water and cook it. ✅If the pasta is bland, season it with salt. If you like Caesar salad, try it like me👧🏻✨ (Feat. Choi Hwa-jeong's Cucumber Kimbap) 🏷️Ingredients • 1-1.5 heads of romaine lettuce • 3 strips of bacon • 200g of chicken breast • 3 cherry tomatoes • (optional) a little crouton, a little Parmesan • Dressing used: Rewe Beste Wahl 'Parmesan Dressing' ▪️Cut the romaine lettuce crosswise and wash every nook and cranny, then shake off the moisture and completely remove the moisture with a paper towel. ▪️Cut the chicken breast thinly like a skewer and cook thoroughly on both sides in a heated pan. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper (I used lemon pepper) while cooking. ▪️Fry the bacon in the same pan until crispy and cut into bite-sized pieces. ▪️Divide the basil into 4 pieces, and now place all the ingredients on top of the romaine salad. But that Levé dressing has all the ingredients that go into the original sauce recipe, like parmesan and anchovies, right? That's why it was delicious, but it has quite a few calories, so please note🥲 🥒Choi Hwa-jeong Cucumber Kimbap I ate this because it's hot. But it's not like it's a diet cheat key, but I don't think I'll get full after eating this, right?
