There was only one strip of pork belly left in the fridge,
so I just made this soy sauce pork belly rice bowl with my hands as a #cold dish
I..this..is so delicious that I'm going to make it for my husband too ´͈ ᵕ `͈ ♡
After grilling the pork belly until crispy, I put a little pepper in the low-sweetness soy sauce~
I added allulose and simmered it over medium heat, so it's shiny!
Side by side water parsley, green onions, and today's kick! ♥️
The thinly sliced onions cut through the oiliness and are so delicious
Next time, I'm going to put a lot of onions🫶🏻
