Butter Lemon Parsley Pasta ๐๐
Sweet and sour spring pasta!
Simple pasta that's complete with just lemon, butter, herbs, and garlic๐

โ๏ธButter Lemon Parsley Pasta
60g pasta noodles, half a lemon (I added roasted lemon), 2T butter, 6 cloves garlic, 6-7 stalks parsley, anchovies
1. Slice 2 cloves garlic, press and chop 4 with a knife
2. Melt 1T butter in a pan
3. Stir-fry the sliced garlic first, then add the minced garlic and stir-fry until golden brown
4. Turn off the heat for a moment and add the parsley (if the heat is too strong, the parsley can be bitter!)
5. Turn the heat back on and add the anchovies to your taste. Add them little by little while checking the seasoning!
6. Add the noodles and noodle water and emulsify! 7. Turn off the heat, squeeze half a lemon, and melt 1T butter in the residual heat
8. Sprinkle pepper and olive oil
9. If you like sour taste, roast half a lemon in another pan or in a pan before frying garlic and sprinkle it once more at the end to eat๐๐
Roasted lemon has a different flavor๐
