Room Decorating for a 27-Year-Old Discharged Soldier
I’ve completed the second item on my bucket list that I wanted to do after returning from the military.
Was it about three days after my discharge? I threw away everything I could get rid of in my room: clothes, hangers, bookshelves, desks, wardrobes, etc.
For two weeks, I took a buddy from the army and went around IKEA all day long.
I spent all day searching Today's House, Home Decor, Naver Shopping, and Danawa.
I also visited Lotte Mart and Daiso multiple times; I was incredibly busy.
At first, it was completely empty, but as I assembled the furniture piece by piece, and every time a package arrived, I felt a sense of unfamiliarity yet excitement.
I ordered fabric posters with my pseudonym and favorite words written on them. Personally, it was a really meaningful and rewarding project.✌️
In two weeks, I’m leaving for my first bucket list item: a month-long trip to Europe.
I worked hard decorating my room, only to run away now lol.
I guess I won't be leaving my room for the remaining time. T_T
