I've given the bedroom a little makeover 🧡 I changed the bedside table for my husband, who loves rattan, and brought the lamp and decor items from the living room into the bedroom. Changing the space really feels like a mood lifter 🙂 But still, the finishing touch to the interior is our doggy!

Remodeling a 25-Year-Old Apartment🌿 Hello! After living in a rented apartment for the first two years of our marriage, we finally got our own home—albeit a 25-year-old one—and proceeded with a full renovation with excitement! However, 25 years is truly a significant amount of time, haha. I poured all my expertise from my previous job as a fashion accessories MD into this project, putting a lot of thought into creating a space that perfectly reflects our lifestyle and style. I wanted to express a semi-vintage style using white and walnut wood as the main colors for the interior :) First of all, as is often the case with old apartments, the narrow and low living room was our first challenge! We proceeded with an extension to make the living room look as spacious as possible! For the walls, we used white painted wallpaper and the thinnest molding available, and for the floor, we used light beige porcelain tiles to create a backdrop that maximizes the sense of openness! The middle door, which is slightly visible, was custom-made by a carpenter in a walnut wood tone. We also utilized frosted glass and wired glass to further enhance the vintage feel! The thrill of watching the carpenter bring your own design—including color, size, and accessories—to life in no time is just... haha. I think that’s probably the most enjoyable part of interior design, haha. Lastly, regarding the sofa, I spent over three months deliberating on a fabric product from IKEA, and I am truly satisfied with it! First off, not only are the design and color great, but I feel the cushioning is just as excellent as that of professional brands! Especially since, as anyone with a pet knows, it holds up well even when Mocha occasionally digs in the ground, so I am very happy with it!! Haha.

The mattress I bought from IKEA has finally arrived. I'm so happy that I can finally sleep comfortably.

Cozy

This is the 8-pyeong studio apartment I recently moved into 😊 I'm currently debating where else to renovate~ 🤔

It is a duplex space where I can relax while reading books or enjoying movies. Since I can step directly out onto the terrace, I tend to stay here more often during the seasons when the weather is nice.

Now that I'm older, I finally have my own room. I'm so excited that I've been buying all sorts of decorations, and it's really fun spending money haha.

This is my favorite bed. I hung a lace curtain on the ceiling to slightly separate the space and create a cozy atmosphere. I used a storage box as a bed frame and stored odds and ends and books I don't read anymore inside it.

This is the lower floor of a duplex officetel. I decorated it with a modern white and gray theme, and since I didn't have a personal workspace, I furnished it with an IKEA desk and chair to create a workspace.

This is my first independent space! Since I am currently a graduate student, I am writing my thesis and tutoring students, so I am also using this space as a study room. Although it is in the middle of Bundang, the scenery makes me feel like I am surrounded by nature.😁

Declutter a little and redecorate. The TV is actually hidden at the foot of the hanger rack. I hardly ever use it, so I only scrape through it when I need to, lol. I really want a sofa, and I'm trying to figure out how to place it if I want to use a projector on the wall. In that case, the only option would be to place it in the middle of the room, but the room would suddenly become smaller. The start of the holiday. The weather is 120 out of 100. I opened the windows all over the house to ventilate and started cleaning. Preparing for winter⛄️ I hung curtains to block the strong wind on the stairs. Last year, I was somehow obsessed with gorgeous flower patterns, so I hung curtains with somewhat crazy patterns and regretted it a little. This year, I changed them to curtains that I got at the IKEA discount corner by chance💓
