• RFL House • This time I want to show several rooms in my house, so that I can give you a little idea about RFL House as a whole. Our main reason for designing this house is, we want an ideal house for us, namely a house that is simple and comfortable. The definition of a comfortable house for us is a cool house with good air circulation & quality, so you can see there are lots of openings in this RFL House. After living in this house too, we changed one of the rooms in our house, which was previously our second child's room, but now we function it as a hobby room & home office. Looking for a house often feels like looking for a soulmate. Initially, we were looking for a house in a cluster area, but it turned out that our soulmate was building a house from scratch. We got a lot of inspiration from watching videos on the YouTube channel “Never Too Small,” which features ideas for small but functional homes. From there, we were inspired to design a comfortable yet complex house, maximizing every corner and space to suit our needs and lifestyle. The process of building our own house gave us the freedom to realize all the ideas we had gathered, from the room layout to the interior design details. With a focus on comfort and space efficiency, we hope this house can be a warm and pleasant place for our family. Building a house from scratch is challenging, but it also gives its own satisfaction when we see every design element we choose come to life. The wallpaper used to be a blue-beige accent wall, but I wanted a cleaner look, so I personally changed it using white wallpaper adhesive sheets. After changing the wallpaper, I added some accents with interior picture frames. To make the gray sofa look even cleaner, I matched the sofa rug with the floor rug! For the side table, I removed the cushions from an unused footstool, trimmed it, and had a tablecloth and glass custom-made to create a tabletop! Since the changes, the family has been spending more time together, and the living room feels brighter.

Live Slowly New Carpet for My Living Room ✨✨ This time I want to change the atmosphere of the room by using a lighter carpet color. To make it match more with my dark gray sofa, I covered the sofa with a white throw blanket & cushion cover that matched the carpet. For carpet placement, ideally the legs of the sofa / table are completely or partially on the carpet to give the impression of a wider room ✨ #liveslowly

The theme of the Jio house is modern Japanese with dominant colors of gray, brown, black and white 🏡✨ We chose this color to create a beautiful, neutral and calming contrast. Some furniture also uses natural materials such as wood to create a natural touch. This house was built on a land area of 198 square meters. To maximize space, we use an open plan concept, where the family room, dining room and kitchen become one room without partitions.
