Having a kitchen with a minimalist kitchen set was my dream before having a house. Due to the limited budget, we made a lower kitchen set because it was more of a priority. But for the upper kitchen set, we used the existing shelf and still used the old ivar cabinet for additional storage. The advantage of shelves is that they can store aesthetic kitchen utensils and other decoration items. But the downside is that it has to be cleaned/wiped diligently because it gets dusty easily. To create a kitchen according to our wishes and of course long-lasting, we have to choose good materials. The material used in this kitchen set is multiplex covered with HPL wood motifs from tacos. Because we had a limited budget but wanted good quality, for the table top we chose a tough top from Aica with a white glossy texture and carara motif. A big change in my house, I broke down the kitchen and living room divider to make it an open space like it is now and broke down the concrete table in the kitchen. Previously, the floor was a different color because the new floor was shinier, finally I added vinyl flooring which made the room warmer.
