We have lived in this house since 2021. This house is our first house, after we had contracted for 2 years. This house is the result of renovation of an old house built around the early 90s and has not been inhabited for a long time. We completely renovated this house into a new building. The reason we bought this house was because transportation access was easy and shopping centers were also close. When designing this house, my husband and I were concerned about space circulation and natural lighting in the house. Therefore, we agreed to have an open space and have large window openings in each room. A little story about the facade of our house which goes back to the 80's. We haven't changed much from the facade of this used house. Originally there was a triangular shape on the front of the facade. Finally we decided to flatten the roof tiles so they were parallel and no longer triangular. To give a vintage impression and make the house feel cooler. We also installed the windows above the rooms to give the impression of an old school house using windows with jalousie motifs and we provided spots for hanging plants hanging on the walls. Facade💡 The facade of the valge house has an American Classic theme. Its distinctive feature is the lines on the walls. We should have used wood plank but in order to save the budget we made lines on the wall by chiseling the wall The choice of white paint color gives a classic, luxurious impression. We also used white aluminum windows which were accented with stripes to further support this theme. We really like classic facades because they are timeless💕 It's a shame that the hope of having a wide, elongated terrace in the American classic style didn't come true because of the budget. The landscape in our house has 3 parts, front, right side and back. Because the house faces East which is hot from morning to noon, we planted the front area with Japanese grass which is resistant to heat and other plants were also chosen that are resistant to heat but still shady with wide leaves in some parts. Our story of building this house 🛖 First we looked for land for sale online and met several land brokers. However, there is nothing suitable yet. We are looking for land at least 200m and close to public facilities. Every time we come home from work we commute to the area we want. Finally a new banner has been installed. The backyard because of lack of sunlight so the grass does not grow well, the alternative is we use stone, but we use split stone bought at a hardware store, the cost is cheaper than using decorative stone and the appearance also seems more in tune with nature. 3. In addition to its unique shape, this tree will also make the house feel shady when it grows big. For the interior of the house, we chose to use granite flooring with exposed concrete accents. With a matte surface, this floor provides its own comfort while still giving an aesthetic impression. For the kitchen, our kitchen set uses white HPL taco material. This material is the best alternative to be made into a kitchen set because it is quite durable and easy to clean. In addition, the colors are varied and can be adjusted to the wishes or concept of the house. For the bathroom, one of the things that made us fall in love with the design is the mosaic tiles that are installed all the way to the ceiling. For the backyard that initially only used roster walls, we finally closed it with a full wall because there were often animals that entered through the gaps in the roster.
