When I owned this house, it was really not intentional. Initially we didn't intend to look for a house in Bandung (incidentally we lived in Jakarta for almost 11 years) we went to Bandung to visit my in-laws and parents after Covid. But for some reason we finally decided to buy a house in Bandung to be close to our in-laws. Thank God I got a house near my in-laws' house. Old building that is more than 30 years old. Because we don't have much of a budget, in the end we thought renovations were all that were needed first. Until finally this became Bumiphilar's house.
