However, because I don't like the toilet getting wet from water when I shower, I decided to use a shower curtain only, because if I use a permanent partition, I'm afraid the bathroom will look cramped. One of the advantages of choosing a house with excess land is that I can add a side area, which I use as a laundry area and side terrace. The front of both areas is not visible, because I deliberately closed them with an iron door decorated with artificial leaves. The interior area has also been expanded, as can be seen from the difference in flooring which is intentional because the room functions are different. Entering the dining room and kitchen area, the flooring area uses terrazzo flooring, while the living room area still uses granite flooring. When I first saw the minimalist facade of this developer, I immediately fell in love. Not too many details and simple, but still looks modern. In the renovation process, the facade was not allowed to be changed by the developer, therefore I only expanded the carport area, and changed the side area because in my unit there was an additional 1.5 meters of land. So for the front view, I added a fence covered by artificial vines. For the front terrace area, I also did a little expansion by adding ceramic tiles following the default tiles from the developer so that the terrace area became a little wider and I could place a shoe rack that also functions as a terrace chair.
