When I first saw the minimalist facade of this developer, I immediately fell in love. Not too many details and simple, but still looks modern. In the renovation process, the facade was not allowed to be changed by the developer, therefore I only expanded the carport area, and changed the side area because in my unit there was an additional 1.5 meters of land. So for the front view, I added a fence covered by artificial vines. For the front terrace area, I also did a little expansion by adding ceramic tiles following the default tiles from the developer so that the terrace area became a little wider and I could place a shoe rack that also functions as a terrace chair.
