Inside this glamourous and maximalist home in NYC's lower east side
Welcome to my home, where vintage treasures and unexpected design elements come together to create a warm and glamorous atmosphere. I invite you to explore my subtle take on maximalism.
Hi, I'm Timothy, Co-founder of the LEVEN hotel brand, which has its first hotel in Manchester, UK, and a virtual site in the Metaverse in Decentraland. I'm also a Principal at Wellbrook Hospitality. Previously, I served as the Managing Director for Hoxton Hotels in North America, fueling my passion for hotels and interior design. When I'm not immersed in creating, operating, and designing hotel brands, you'll find me in the yoga studio, either practicing or teaching hot yoga.
My husband and I share our home, located in a historic 1920s building in New York City's vibrant Lower East Side. The building boasts charming architectural details, including a central pond and fountain. Our apartment features beautiful original hardwood floors and stunning views of the East River and Williamsburg Bridge. The design is intended to foster a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a touch of subtle glamour peppered with unexpected decorative vignettes.
