Wanting to add some Japanese elements to the room, I propped up a lattice sliding door that had nowhere else to go by the window to create a shoji screen-like effect.

Hello again, it's Memen and Moriko.
It's been a year since we renovated a used apartment, modeled after the colorful rooms in picture books.
We knocked down a 4LDK to create a 2LDK, and now the two of us live in a spacious living/dining room.
With rising material costs and rising prices driving up demand for used homes, we expect the demand for renovations to continue to grow. I hope this blog helps anyone reading this, learning about renovations like this one.
