#ワークアウト

I got my instructor certification this spring, so I wanted to do Pilates at home and am currently setting up my workout space 🧘✨ I fell in love with this super cute mat (which looks great even when left out) on 8ed Studio's Instagram and bought it 🌱 I'm storing my workout accessories in an IKEA basket 🧺 #workout #ピラティス #ヨガ #運動 #1LDK
