I got my instructor certification this spring, so I wanted to do Pilates at home and am currently setting up my workout space 🧘✨ I fell in love with this super cute mat (which looks great even when left out) on 8ed Studio's Instagram and bought it 🌱 I'm storing my workout accessories in an IKEA basket 🧺 #workout #ピラティス #ヨガ #運動 #1LDK

I'm continuing my nighttime exercise routine 🫡 I've definitely gotten better at withstanding the heat than I did last year 🥺 #インテリア #一人暮らし #一人暮らし部屋 #一人暮らしアイテム #ヴィンテージ #夜 #間接照明 #運動

I leave my stretch pole and foam roller out so I can exercise whenever I feel like it! #リビング #運動
