I recently rearranged my living room furniture.
I didn't make any major changes, but by moving the furniture around based on where the light shines, the space feels completely different. The living room is centered around sunlight, thanks to a combination of light, space, and color.
I usually keep the window area as empty as possible,
but I wanted to make the living room feel more spacious, so I rearranged it.
I'm very satisfied with the result.
Three Living Room Furniture Arrangement Tips
Key Points for a Change in Atmosphere!
1️⃣ Don't push furniture straight against the wall.
Moving your sofa and chairs slightly away from the wall
will make the space feel much more spacious and less cramped.
2️⃣ Arrange furniture based on the direction of light.
Place furniture facing the light rather than facing away from the window.
Change the amount of time you spend in it throughout the day.
3️⃣ Choose only one central piece of furniture. Choose one central piece—a sofa, rug, or table—that draws the eye.
When arranging a living room,
I think it's more important to decide where to leave empty spaces than to "fill them."

My living room, a splash of wood mixed in with white :)
I like a bright feel, so I prefer oak.
On one side, the wood system shelf creates a solid feel.
On the other side, the cane doors create a relaxed mood.
Though they share the same wood accents, they create a slightly different feel. 🤎
The system shelves are fun to rearrange slightly with new objects.
The cane door living room cabinet is an IKEA Besto shelving unit with a custom cane door.
I've used it for about six years and it still looks beautiful, never getting old.

Painting the living room wall shelf that I briefly mentioned last time(?)!
I dried it for two days and then installed it on the wall again ✨
The original look is a combination of wood and white,
but I painted it with ivory at first,
then with burgundy,
and then with black :)
After painting it three times, I like black the best! Hehe
I don't think I can change the color anymore because I'm tired now. . .
But I wonder if I can do it again if I feel like it again. . ?! ㅋㅋ
But for now, I really like black,
so I think I'll keep it black for quite a while *‿*
