Three front doors alone?! 🏠🔑 The secret of a 5-pyeong studio apartment with a 11-pyeong yard 🌿✨
In May of this year, the storyteller moved from Daejeon to Seoul and started a new life. 🌆 I am currently living in Bongcheon-dong for about 3 weeks. 🏠
The reason why the storyteller chose Bongcheon-dong, Gwanak-gu as his first destination was simple. Because I was not familiar with the geography of Seoul, I decided to live on Line 2. 🚇 Line 2 is a circular line, so it is convenient to travel around, and I especially liked Bongcheon-dong, which is located on flat land and close to the station. 🗺️
In the end, the house I chose had a deposit of 30 million won and monthly rent of 450,000 won. 💸 The storyteller thought it was okay as long as the monthly rent was less than 500,000 won. He said he chose his current home because he felt that it would be burdensome if it cost more than 500,000 won and the maintenance fee would also be added.

About 8 years ago, I painted a gray wall, but it was getting old and worn out, so I changed it to a very kitschy color.
It's a mysterious and bright pink color, and I really, really like it!
After applying the primer once and letting it dry for about a day,
I applied the paint twice, but the color developed so well that there were no roller marks left,
and I'm very satisfied with the color that came out so pretty with just two coats!
If you're worried about old or boring furniture or walls, you can completely change the space with just a coat of paint.
Having something that you can change with your own strength is a great source of energy in life.
I recommend starting with something small! 👍
<Paint Information>
Wall Size: 6m wide / 2.2m high
Primer: I used a little over 1L of multipurpose primer.
Paint: I used about 70-80% of Benjamin Moore Ben-Eggshell 4L.
Color: Pretty Pink 2077-50
