This is my journey looking for a house 🖤 I decided to buy a house even though I would live alone. The decision is quite long. From the initial intention of a mortgage until, thank God, the construction from the old developer was able to save me money again, and I could make payments without a mortgage. Daśa Cavana is a house purchased from a developer in a buy-build condition. But it's extraordinary to wait a year for construction. But what I like about the place where I bought the house is that this house can change its plan and facade as long as it uses a triangular facade. So you could say, Daśa Cavana's facade is his own design. The process is definitely full of emotions. There are happy, sad, disappointed, happy. But finally when the house was finished, this became a place for me to take shelter and dream. Daśa Cavana has a Scandinavian industrial facade style. Actually, this is the name of my own style, hihi. Because the shape is Scandi-style triangular, but the vibe is more industrial. The material that stands out on this facade is the use of plastered stone. I chose this style to minimize maintenance. And the gray color that I chose tends to be dark gray, so that the color stands out more. The choice of facade certainly depends on the wishes of each home owner, but for my 1-story house, the tall facade makes the house look more dashing and also feels spacious. Hi! From the first bedroom that I shared, there were several additions. Namely, there is a mirror on the dressing table and additional small details such as plants. This 3x3.5 room feels quite spacious because there is no wardrobe in this room. When viewed from another room, the bedroom area has softer and warmer colors. I deliberately gave it a warm theme so that I wouldn't see too many colors when I was going to take a break. Dasa Cavana's mini bathroom! The size is 1.5 x 1.7 as-as. It's possible to have a shower, closet and also a sink even though all of them are minimal in size. The color I chose is a modern minimalist color with anti-slip matte granite material with the same wall and floor color to make it look spacious. The use of ceramics to the ceiling so that maintenance is also easier. I want to make this mini bathroom still look spacious by only providing a curtain (without glass).
