Living Room ✨ The living room is also a family room for us, which is one of the places where we spend a lot of time. The high ceiling or ceiling in our living room creates a more spacious and comfortable atmosphere, so when choosing furniture we simply place furniture that is not too big and is predominantly neutral in white and grey. Apart from the sofa, we also placed a relaxing armchair plus a soft carpet to make you feel more at home. One of the choices my husband & I chose was this house, because the environment is still very cool & beautiful, and also the land is still quite large at an affordable price. This house is surrounded by rivers, so every day you can hear the sound of water😍. Since we first bought the house, we changed quite a lot, such as moving the kitchen inside & changing the wall between the backyard to a rolling door, we also changed the size of the bathroom, floor, walls & shower. The building area on the 1st floor is approximately 50m2, covering the kitchen, bathroom, main bedroom, living room and dry garden. Open space is our choice from the main door straight to the living room and dry garden. To look spacious, we also use light paint and floor colors. Less is more. We apply the concept of minimal furniture in the living room, making the space feel more spacious. Therefore, the role of the warehouse on the 2nd floor is very important for storing goods. We also don't decorate the room much because we still have small children who are very active so they have more freedom to do activities and play in this room. • Aesthetic Stairs Area • Still in love with this hallway area! Because the most aesthetic and functional area 🫶🏻 this staircase was built by the developer, it was made to give the impression of floating... the aim is so that this small house doesn't seem stiff and blocking. Located in the city 🥹 so access is easier everywhere, close to the toll road, busway stop, not far from the station. There are even many facilities near the house, schools, hospitals, fire stations, malls, eating areas and so on. Regarding the price, it's really okay!! Fits our budget too. Modern Minimalist🏠 We applied a modern minimalist theme to the house we built on a 49m2 plot of land. On the 1st floor, we created an open plan concept where on one floor there are many function spaces that are directly integrated.
