Minimalist House Story ✨
This house is in a cluster housing area in Depok. As time went by, we decided to renovate the facade of our house with permission from the developer. We renovated the facade area to suit current needs, because our house only has 1 floor, we finally decided to widen the terrace area of the house and replace the carport floor and the position of the canopy. Apart from renovating the facade area, we maintained the living room area by repainting and adding wall molding.
In our opinion, the ideal residence is a residence that always provides a sense of comfort for every family member.

Favorite Room ✨
This foyer or terrace is a favorite room because it is the best spot for relaxing. For styling or decorating the room in this room, we use decorative items that are low budget but still look cool or fancy. We use carpets, white Venetian blinds, artificial olive & tall glass flower vases, minimalist table lamps, and dummy books with a low budget because each item is under 150k or even under 100k. We use minimalist furniture or decorative items but still look aesthetic. We get decorative items from the market place.

This dressing table in the Master Bedroom is a budget friendly aesthetic decoration item under 1,000,000 rupiah. To make this dressing table, we installed 3 wooden panels, an oval mirror, a hanging nightstand and a stool. These 4 items can become an aesthetic Korean style dressing table. We buy these items at the market place so that the prices are pocket friendly and installation is easy so we save on handyman service costs.

Choose a house in one of the Depok city clusters because of easy access. The facade of this house has changed after 4 years of us living in this house. Apart from that, there are rooms that we makeover to make them look more beautiful and functional. We renovated the facade to make it more functional and according to needs. Natural Stone Combination ✨
Our house is predominantly white. But in the carport area, we chose yellow Palimanan natural stone as a combination or balancing tone so that it is not monotonous. We use this area for storage or a white shoe cabinet with a simple design and also green plants for a fresher feel.

Mini Storage ✨
The storage at the front of the house can be said to be mini storage because its size is only 70cm x 1.8m. This storage has 2 doors, outside and inside. The outer door uses shera plank wood motif with a hollow frame. The inner door can be accessed from the living room area using a black aluminum swing door. We want to maximize its function so we use iron stacking racks and can be used to store 2 bicycles even though the width is only 70cm.

Carport ✨
The carport is unique because it uses white terrazo granite flooring. The reason we chose a white carport floor is so that the house looks roomy and clean. Carport fits 1 car, 2 motorbikes and a way to get in and out.
