Before I had this house, I was crazy about everything white. But lately I've been really into dark and moody interiors.
Every time there's an empty white wall in my house, I immediately look for ideas to put something on it so it doesn't look plain :)). One of the accents I like the most is the wall batten on the wall. This wall batten is easy to make and the price is very affordable (especially because I made it myself 🤣) but I think the resulting look is very beautiful.

Adding accents to the walls is part of an effort to level up our laundry room, which was initially less attractive because it was at the very back of the house, and was located next to the kitchen.
Tips: I didn't put a lot of print here, just a rattan basket as a container for dirty clothes, and to the right of the washing machine there is a space about an inch in size, perfect for placing a shelf for detergent & fabric softener, washing machine cleaning fluid, and some liquids other house cleaners.
