We live in a housing complex with a land area of 60m2, for us the area is very minimalist because my husband and I have lived with our parents since we were little and have lived in a house with a large yard, of course it is something new to live in a minimalist housing complex like this. Our goal in renovating the house is to be able to apply the open space concept which aims to make this house look spacious and still feel comfortable if relatives visit. One way we maximize limited space is by determining the right choice of furniture, such as in the living room we prefer rattan chairs with open iron legs so that the room looks spacious. We give a little touch of wall panel in the TV room or living room to give color to this room and so that it is not boring. The layout of the room is also our concern, which was originally the door to the room next to the living room, we moved the door to the side of the stairs facing the end of the house so that privacy is maintained.
