One of my dreams before building a house was to have a semi-outdoor garden with large glass windows like this. Although initially it was a bit difficult to realize because the land we had was quite limited, in the end it could still be realized even though the size was not that big.
Now this area is our favorite area. Because apart from making the house brighter, the air in the house also becomes cooler. And a bonus paint room in the corner area which is the icon at Gioia House at the moment 🤍

One of the wishes on the wish list when building a house is to provide a little land for a garden area. Gardens and plants are an inseparable unity. Plants are one component that I think is a 'must have' in a garden. Plants are useful for filtering the air to make it fresher, and can also relax the owner. We chose plants that are low maintenance, such as calathea lutea, peace lily, and ketapang ketapang, many of which were inspired by other home decor accounts that were much earlier in managing gardens. Apart from that, there are several tips that can be taken. For example, using paranet as a garden base before installing split stones to inhibit the growth of wild plants. It turns out that this tip really works after seeing that there is no growth of wild plants after 8 months of installation. Apart from that, many coffee shop-inspired garden benches are made at home so that it still feels healing even at home.

Welcome to d_houseds house. This is the facade of our house which carries a modern European style with shades of white, touches of pastel light gray, and natural ornaments such as wood and natural stone. Our house consists of 2 floors, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the terrace of the house there are stairs and a seat for putting on or taking off shoes. The carport part uses natural stone to give it a natural impression. Apart from that, we also created a front garden so that the facade of the house looks fresher.

The kitchen in our house is only 3x2 meters in size, with three division areas. The first section is for electronic goods, the second area is a cooking area complete with a sink and the third area is a serving area. To maximize space, the kitchen is made with lots of storage space, so it looks clean and tidy. As a decorative item, we added a shelf as a place for spices to beautify the appearance of the kitchen. We also added 2 hanging lamps above the minibar as focal points in this kitchen.

Hello from the kitchen in my house which is already like a bumpy alley 😂
The kitchen in the house, because it was built by the developer, is 3.7 m long and only 1.65 m wide (before adding the kitchen set). That's why it's so difficult to take the whole photo. 😅
Because kitchen space is limited and the house is small, we decided to have a custom kitchen set as well as storage. So that the house looks neater and more compact.
So we made a complete kitchen set with a length of 3.7 m and a width of 60 cm, each cabinet was adjusted to the storage needs in our house.
We got this custom kitchen set from our relatives who happen to be experts in this field.

The stairs area in our house initially looked ordinary. However, this area is the most interesting and bold since one side uses wall molding in the form of a square box with a profile. The motif of many small squares rising upwards gives a tall and unique impression. The profile gives a firm and elegant impression. Combined with a touch of soft and unique grayish green, it is very pleasing to the eye. Because it already has a prominent and aesthetic impression, we only added live plants to one side. For lighting the stair area, we used gold hanging lamps to add a warm and luxurious impression.

This workplace is the most aesthetic part of my house..
hmm.. it looks aesthetic (in my opinion)🫣🫢 because of the decoration arrangement and the matching colors, namely white and wooden nuances.
The concept for this room originally wanted Korean vibes... but over time it shifted to modern/retro? (maybe😁)
As for the decoration items, because I like things that are cute and cute, so I buy some that suit what I like and can support my hobby as a food and baking content creator😊
I like and feel comfortable spending a long time in this room because I can also watch my children play while I work, and not just work... I also use this place for me time... drinking coffee and sometimes watching Korean dramas while having lunch...

It is very important to arrange a well-designed kitchen layout for aesthetic purposes and also to make the kitchen function optimally.
The kitchen at d_houseds uses a minimalist concept, with a Japanese touch. We use a combination of white, kitchen prints with wood motifs, and black for electronic items.
So, this is my way of keeping the kitchen tidy, namely by arranging and placing the items in the kitchen in the right place so that they are comfortable and easy to use when needed. Use storage boxes to group items and make them look neater. Then always return the items to their place. And don't put too many prints on the table top. It is better to store it in a closed cabinet. Hopefully it's useful🙏

Mini house tour story,,
Since we first got married in 2014, this house has been renovated several times.
From the beginning, we changed the cak to pink, then to green, until finally in 2021, still during the pandemic, we decided to completely renovate our house...
Not without reason or following a trend, but initially because of the never-ending water problem, we had to drill a well and also had a really serious damp wall problem...
After going back and forth, we finally decided to use the services of a contractor and architect so that someone could give us directions for making a comfortable house (our version).
Thank God, after 6 months the building was finished, in early 2022 we started moving in and little by little we started paying off the interior in installments, which feels like there is no end in sight hehe...
But I'm really grateful to be at this point... Thank God...
There's still a long way to go, so there will be further sharing of changes after changes,,

The facade of this 5 meter wide house carries the 'American Styles' theme with a touch of modern minimalist style. The choice of this theme was based on our interest in the details of American-style houses which tend to use natural materials. Like exposed brick walls painted white and black house doors with glass at the top. The choice of handle and lock was adjusted to further emphasize the American Style impression.
Another important element is the presence of large windows in the residence, to give a brighter and more open impression.
