I think this master bedroom is what makes it look elegant but #lowbudget. Elegant is not about expensive. With a little DIY creativity, this tiny room turns into a comfortable room like a five-star hotel.
The black wall with DIY wall batten is the focal point in this tiny room. The decoration of stacked pillows and two-tone bedcover, as well as beautiful decorations such as flower vases and artificial flowers on the side of the bed create a hotel-like feel. The placement of large wall decor makes the room more aesthetic. Minimal budget, maximum results, feels like a staycation every day!

1. Pillow for floor sitting – I love sitting on the floor, it’s so relaxing while watching TV or working. I got this comfy pillow from King Rabbit for only IDR 88,000. Such a great deal!
2. Throw blanket – Not only functional but also adds a cozy touch to my living room. I bought it at IKEA (called 'Ingrun'). It's 130x170 cm, so pretty big and super snuggly, perfect for chilly TV nights!
3. Reed diffuser – My second purchase from Scentmories, hahaha! I got the Peony & Blush Suede scent, and it fills my apartment (which isn’t too big) perfectly without being too strong. Love it!
4. Rotatable hook – No need to drill, just stick it on. It can hold up to 5kg, is oil and waterproof, and rotates 360 degrees. Hats off to ecoco indonesia! Super handy and adorable! 😍

To make a room look aesthetic, you don't need expensive items. Like in my living room, the idea is to use 2 pairs of black Ikea TRONES, which of course you guys know how much they cost. Then I added Dutch teak boards on top of the Ikea Trones, to make it more aesthetic (Idea from Pinterest). Let's do the math:
1. Ikea Trones 2 pairs = 499k x 2 = 998k
2. Custom Dutch Teak Board 70cm = 37.5k x 2 = 75k
3. Custom Dutch Teak board 102cm long = 50k
4. Nordic Flower Vase = 50k x 2 = 100k
5. Industrial Pipe Bracket = 45k x 4 = 180k
6. Ikea chair base (cushion) = 155k x 2 = 310k
7. Handyman for installation = 100k
and on slide 3, all the prices there are all affordable. Including the Young Living Diffuser Owl, now the price is also cheap, you know.

This room is 3x3m in size which we definitely make comfortable even though it is small, because this is the main room we make sure the size fits this space by adding a custom bed and wardrobe, before filling this room we make sure to measure the items to be purchased before installing them in this room.
for the bedside table we deliberately only installed 1 because of limited land, to add a spacious impression we also added 2 mirrors

One of the materials that makes the bedroom #rumahmaknaa comfortable is vinyl. I recommend my online neighbors to use vinyl in their bedrooms too.
I use TACO Parma Oak 3mm vinyl. The color is dark brown so it makes the room warmer. It's been installed for 3 years, thank God it's still safe.
Another thing that makes the bedroom more comfortable in my opinion is the inner & duvet cover. It really looks different if you don't use a duvet (see the last slide).
Incidentally, the inner duvet that I use is quite thick so it is indeed heavy. But it feels and looks softer. I like it! The downside is that if you want to store it, it takes up space.
